振动时效设备的构造和工作过程详解

机械加工过程中,为了保证零件在毛坯或粗加工情况下仍然具有良好的切削性能,需要对毛坯或粗加工的轴类零件进行消除内部残余应力的处理。这种消除内部残余应力的处理技术主要有两种,一种是调质处理,另一种是振动时效消除应力

其中,振动时效处理是通过振动的形式给轴类零件施加一个动应力,当施加的动应力与轴类零件本身的残余应力叠加后,达到或超过材料的微观屈服极限时,轴类零件就会发生微观或宏观的局部、整体的弹性塑性变形,同时降低并均化轴类零件内部的残余应力,最终达到防止轴类零件在车削等精加工工序及投入使用后的变形与开裂,稳定轴类零件的尺寸与几何精度。 目前,对包括轴类零件在内的零件进行振动时效处理的普遍方式是,将毛坯或粗加工好的零件从机床上卸下,搬移至振动时效处理场地、放置在具有一定弹性的支撑体上,再将激振器安装在被处理零件上、通过激振器对被处理零件输出消除内部残余应力的激振力,待振动时效处理好后,再将零件搬移至对应机床上进行相应的精加工。

振动时效工作过程


压缩空气源 15向振动气缸 4输送的压缩空气作用在振动活塞 2 上,振动活塞 2 前行顶撞激振顶杆 7,激振顶杆 7 前行顶撞轴类零件的裸露端面(即输出激振力);当振动活塞 2 前行后将所封堵的排气口 8 露出时,做功的压缩空气从排气口 8 排出,此时振动气缸 4 内部卸压,在活塞复位弹性体 3 的作用下,振动活塞 2 复位并再次封堵排气口 8 实现储压,激振顶杆 7 在失去顶撞力后、在顶杆复位弹性体 9 的作用下复位,如此往复,实现振动活塞 2 和激振顶杆 7 的往复运动、往复运动的激振顶杆 7 对轴类零件输出激振力。前述激振力的输出频率约为 25 ~ 50HZ,最大振动力不能超过 5000N。
