振动时效比热时效先进在哪里?

本文针对振动时效与传统的热时效从各个方面作粗略对比分析,通过比较可以看下振动时效方法是否适用和能否降低能耗等,相对于热时效,振动时效设备的具体优点在哪里。

    两种时效处理,既有共性又有个性,其共性之处是两者时效工件后,均能实现目的,但均有个别工件在机加工过程中出现轻微变形现象,据分厂方面反映,过去帮对方热时效的箱体也有变形情况,构件厂也遇到过类似问题。
